Blue Marble and Fish

Green Wish

And the blue marble asked to know of the sacred fish,
and I said, my child, what would you want to know about this?

And the marble begged to know if they were still clean inside,
and was that still true of the rivers they climbed?

And as I beheld the blue marble, I leaned down and blew it a kiss,
and I said, my child, this is the green gift that we wish. . .
